Yachts Support and Assistance
Thanks to the ten-year experience acquired in the management of boats and transfers with shipowners and organizations in the nautical sector, Antonio Nappi has developed "Virtual Pier", a virtual dock where any guest pleasure boat can benefit from assistance and support for short and long periods to overcome all technical problems in a simple, efficient and economical way.

The boat is one of the most beautiful things to enjoy but it requires time, attention, passion and money and it is useful to have a professional in the sector at your side to follow everything and optimize the costs.

PRICES
​​
The SUBSCRIPTION to the Virtual Pier can also be for just one month and the monthly fee is € 20.00/month.
Acceptance to subscribe to the "Virtual Pier" and related services will be sent as soon as possible and no later than one week after sending the "Membership and Subscription Form".

MOORINGS
- Requested fee for the "Mooring Search" Service: €10.00;
- identification, booking, payment for mooring and weather support: 10% of the mooring price (in the event of identification and confirmation of mooring, the €10.00 service fee will be considered as an advance payment for the Service provided) + any expenses;
- the cost of the mooring is the sole responsibility of the Owner and will be communicated to the latter from time to time following the instructions and details received from the Marina Turistica.

BREAKDOWN ON BOARD
- Service search fee "Technician Search": €20.00 + any expenses;
- identification, finding, work control and payment of the Technician: 10% of the cost of the intervention (in the event of intervention of a Technician on board, the €20.00 of the service fee will be considered as an advance payment for the Service provided).
- Service request fee "Spare parts search": €20.00 + any expenses;
- fee for identification, finding of spare part: €100.00/8h (in the event of finding the spare part, the €20.00 of the service fee will be considered in the fee) + any expenses;
- the cost of the technical intervention and/or spare parts are the exclusive responsibility of the Owner and will be communicated to the latter from time to time following the instructions and details received from the Technician and/or Company involved.
- The times for finding and arriving on board the Technician and/or finding spare parts are subject to their availability at the time of the request.

BOAT STORAGE
- Requested fee for the "Search and identification of a storage yard" service: €30.00 + any expenses;
- fee for identification, work planning, work control and anything necessary for the best result of the interventions on the boat: 10% of the total storage cost (the €30.00 of the service fee will be considered in the fee) + expenses;
- the cost of storage and any work on the boat are the sole responsibility of the Owner and will be communicated to the latter from time to time following the instructions and details received from the Shipyard.
- Requested fee for the "Launching the boat and mooring identification" service: €20.00 + expenses;
- fee for organizing and scheduling transport and identification, booking and mooring: €100.00/8h (in case of finding the spare part, the €20.00 of the service fee will be considered in the fee).

OWNER SUPPORT
- Remote and/or in-person support for organizing stages and stops, land services, weather for boat transfers carried out by the Owner: €100.00/8h + expenses;
- Owner support on board: €200.00/8h + expenses;
- the availability of Virtual Pier staff on board is subject to the availability of operators previously engaged with other Owners.

BOAT TRANSFERS
- €4.00/MN + expenses;
- the availability of Virtual Pier staff for transfers is subject to the availability of operators previously engaged with other Owners.

Mooring Reservation
Searching, locating and booking a berth on board often creates bad moods.
The phone line goes down, you can't understand each other because the signal drops, using the mobile phone doesn't allow a safe sending of money to confirm the mooring, taking away time from the moments of relaxation that you are looking for on board: Virtual Pier avoids all this by carrying out all the phases from the search to the payment of the mooring in place of the Owner.

PRICES
- Requested fee for the "Mooring Search" Service: €10.00;
- identification, booking, payment for the mooring and weather support: 10% of the mooring price (in case of mooring identification and confirmation, the €10.00 of the service fee will be considered as an advance payment for the Service provided) + any expenses.
Failure on board
When you are about to set sail or, even more annoying, while you are far from your home port, there could be a breakdown.
​
In this case, someone who organizes the intervention of a technician from land is of great help.
Identifying the technician, tracking down one or more technicians by phone (usually they are already busy with other interventions), making sure that they reach the vessel in the shortest possible time is not easy on board and, often, all this leads to a high economic expenditure but, even worse, to unpleasant and uncomfortable situations on board.
Naturally, "Virtual Pier" tries to avoid problems of this type with a schedule of checks on board but unfortunately, and we all know it, at sea there can always be the unexpected (but at Virtual Pier we try to prevent it).

- "Technician Search" Service search fee: € 20.00 + any expenses;
- identification, procurement, work control and payment Technician: 10% of the cost of the intervention (in case of intervention of a Technician on board, the € 20.00 of the service fee will be considered as an advance of the Service provided).
- Requested fee for the "search for spare parts" service: € 20.00 + any expenses;
- fee for identification, procurement of spare part: € 100.00/8h (in case of procurement of the spare part, the € 20.00 of the service fee will be considered in the fee) + any expenses;
- the cost of the technical intervention and/or spare parts are the exclusive responsibility of the Owner and will be communicated to the latter from time to time following the indications and details received from the Technician and/or Company involved.
